Green Bell Tent - Terms & Conditions


To book your holiday at the bell tent

Please use the contact form on our website or call us on 015396 23217.

Once your reservation is made we reserve your holiday for 3 days. This gives you time to send your 50% deposit.

Payment is by bank transfer. We will send an email confirmation on receipt of payment.

The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before your arrival date. On receipt we will send confirmation and full information to help you enjoy your stay.



If you need to cancel your holiday please let us know straight away. If we are able to re-let your bell tent holiday we will refund the full amount you have paid, less a £10 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let your holiday you would lose your payment. We recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.


If for any reason we were obliged to cancel your holiday, we would refund you in full. This would only be likely in the case of very extreme weather.


Covid 19 In the case of a lockdown your booking will be fully transferrable to a different date (subject to availability). If you prefer a refund there is a £10 admin charge.


During your stay

  • You are welcome to arrive anytime between 3pm and 8pm. When you arrive we will take you to the tent and show you round. If these times give you any difficulty, please let us know.

  • Departure is by 11.30am.

  • Please leave the tent and kitchen as you find it. We accept that accidents happen and won't charge for small breakages but please let us know as soon as possible if something is broken so that we can replace it quickly.  We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning or significant damage.

  • We ask guests to respect the tent and its surroundings, and to conduct themselves appropriately.  If we feel this reasonable provision has been breached we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. Happily, all of our guests have been lovely and we've never had to think about it!
