Booking terms and conditions - tents and campervans
For campervans we ask for full payment when you book.
For tents we ask for full payment if your arrival date is within 2 weeks of booking, is over a Bank Holiday, or is for £65 or less.

For all other bookings, it helps us to keep our prices down and is much appreciated if you're able to make full payment when you book but you will have the option to pay a 50% deposit with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival.

Your booking is secure when paid for.
Cancellations
For cancellation or change of date 10 or more days before arrival -

If you need to cancel we will refund you minus a £5 admin fee.
There is no charge to amend your booking to a different date this year (subject to availability).
For cancellation, amendment or change of date ​less than 10 days before arrival​ -
If we can re-let your pitch, we will refund you the value we let it for minus a £5 admin fee. Where a commission has been paid to a booking website this is non-refundable.
If we can't re-let your pitch, you will lose the value of 2 days of your booking (3 days at Bank Holidays) but we will refund the remainder, minus a £5 admin fee and any commission paid to a booking website.

It's not our policy to refund if you decide to arrive later or leave sooner than you had planned.

We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance cover.
