Booking terms and conditions - tents and campervans
For campervans we ask for full payment when you book.
For tents we ask for full payment if your arrival date is within 2 weeks of booking, is over a Bank Holiday, or is for £60 or less.
For all other bookings, it really helps us to keep our prices down and is much appreciated if you're able to make full payment when you book. If not, we ask a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due by 2 weeks before arrival.
Your booking is secure when paid for.
For cancellation made 10 or more days before arrival date -
You can choose to transfer your booking to another date this year (subject to availability) and there is no cost to do so or you can ask for a refund, for which there is a £5 admin fee.
For cancellation or change of date made less than 10 days before arrival -
There is a £5 admin fee. If we can re-let your pitch the remainder will be refunded. If we can't re-let it, you will lose part or all of your payment. We have to be fair to our business about this but we won't be unfairly harsh to you. For example, if you have booked for several days we certainly won't keep all of your money!
It's not our policy to refund if you decide to arrive later or leave sooner than you had planned.
We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance cover.
In the event of a national or local Covid-19 lockdown your booking is fully transferable to another date (subject to availability), or refundable minus a £5 admin fee.
